xTool Omni O1 Exhaust Adapter – 4″ Duct Connector (3D Printed)

A Simple Solution for Your Omni Exhaust Setup

When I installed my xTool Omni O1 UV printer, I needed a way to connect its exhaust to the 4-inch ductwork running through my workshop. Rather than searching for an adapter that might fit, I designed and 3D printed my own.

Now I’m making them available for anyone else who needs the same connection.

The gradual transition helps connect the smaller exhaust outlet to larger flexible ducting without an abrupt step in the airflow path.

Designed, Printed, and Tested In-House

This isn’t a generic adapter I found online. I designed it specifically for my own Omni O1 setup as part of The Harvey Project’s workshop ventilation system.

Each adapter is printed to order using the same design I use in my workshop.

Installation

Connect the smaller end to the Omni’s exhaust connection and the larger end to your 4-inch flexible ducting. Secure the connections as needed to prevent air leaks.
